I usually don’t do Google reviews unless I am truly amazed by the service. Walked in without appointment, showed the barber some cut photos and received a really nice cut. I was very nervous as I’m so picky about my hairs. The barber was very skilled and carful. They speak English that helped.

Super friendly staff. We walked in without any appointments and they booked us for the same day. I did not bring enough cash and they helped me paying online which was actually less than cash payment.

Great barbershop experience today! The woman barber cut my hair (I forgot to get her name). She was top-notch and it was definitely one of the best haircuts I've gotten in Asia. She followed my requested style perfectly, and finished cutting my hair in about half the time it's taken other barbers. I was especially impressed since I wouldn't expect them to see a lot of my hair type (Afro / black hair) but she was awesome and gave me a perfect burst fade. Highly recommend!

I was looking for haircut and beard trimming after a month of wild grow and zero maintenance. Have to say, was very positively surprised. MR. Barber was great and all things went exactly as was needed. Attentive to detail, and provided great service for very reasonable price. For sure next time in Bangkok will come here again.

The staffs are friendly and polite. I just show hair style photo and able to get the hair cut I wanted. The shop are bright and clean as well. 👍👍👍

It is located on the third floor of the mall. Parking is easy as the mall has its own dedicated parking. They only take cash or QR code payments. No cards The person did a good job with cutting my hair. Showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did it. Good workmanship. They took their time and didn’t rush it.

I got haircut here. It was just walk in with no reservation. Knot took care of my haircut and I liked how precise he was. I had no problem speaking english with him which is a huge +.

A great experience at this barbershop. I went for the VIP package expecting a haircut, beard trim and shave but it came with more. The initial consultation was good, asking how I’d like my hair cut, the length I wanted left on the beard and the profile line for the shave. In addition to the services I expected I also enjoyed a full hair wash and conditioning, head massage and a refreshing face mask treatment. The products used smelled really good and the time and precision of the hair cut and shave were excellent. All this for the price of an average haircut in the UK and in a lovely air cooled salon in an upmarket area of the city, with free iced water. If I lived in Bangkok I’d be here every month.

Obsessively attentive. Eagerly polite. A true reflection of the best in Thai service. I'm not sure how to fully describe the 1.5-hour haircut experience. At first, I was puzzled by the level of detail for a simple cut, but it quickly became clear—this was driven by the barber’s deep commitment to professionalism. They put in genuine effort, and I didn’t take that for granted. I appreciated their quiet dedication. In all my years, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. You have to try it for yourself. Just know—it won’t be a quick 5–10 minute in-and-out visit.

Without doubt the best haircut I think I’ve ever had! K. Neuy is so attentive and professional and really took her time to cut and style perfectly. Really great service and both staff very friendly. Nicely appointed and well laid out shop. It will definitely be my new go to, even better than I can walk to it!

While doing some research for my husband's haircut, I stumbled upon this salon and decided to give it a try. We were genuinely impressed by the female hairdresser there. She was meticulous and paid close attention to every detail of the haircut. Given that my husband’s hair is quite difficult to work with, we were pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the cut turned out. It truly exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this salon to anyone visiting Thailand. (Just a note: I didn’t receive any free alcohol or incentives for posting this review – I’m simply sharing my experience because they genuinely did a great job!)

I had a fantastic experience at Kutz Barber Shop in Bangkok! The hairstylist was incredibly skilled and had a keen eye for detail. They did an amazing job with my hair, and you can really tell they take pride in their craft. The vibe of the shop is equally great. It has an old-school barber shop feel while being cozy and welcoming. With its classic decor and laid-back atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for a quality haircut and a relaxing experience. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in Bangkok!

Yesterday I decided to choose a new barbershop. Since I live next door it offered me greater convenience so I figured, why not? Kutz is a small, clean establishment with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely hospitable, both of which spoke great English. I was delighted with my experience at Kutz especially with Noey who did an amazing job creating the brush back taper fade that I wanted. She really took her time paying meticulous attention to every snip of my hair to ensure I would leave a satisfied customer. I would also like to give a special mention to how gentle she was, her gentleness and the cozy ambience of the shop led me to hit peak relaxation and fall asleep throughout the majority of the session! Will definately be returning. 10/10
